  I’m giving Yanelis a 10-star review! ⭐️ Not only was Yanelis so nice and helpful when I called to get information, but she was also very thorough in explaining how easy the sign-up process would be. I have rented several self-storage units over the years, but this experience has by far been outstanding. When I arrived at the office, she introduced herself, gave me her card, and even handed me her business card pointing out her name and contact information for me. She then personally took me up to the unit I rented and showed me exactly how to use the keypad, from entering the property all the way to accessing my unit. She was even helping me as I was navigating and bringing some of my belongings in. On top of being incredibly nice, she was extremely professional and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I truly hope the owners recognize what an asset Yanelis is to their business. These days, you just don’t always get this level of customer service, and it really stood out to me. Yanelis, hands down, I would recommend you and this facility 10 out of 10! Thank you for making the whole process so easy and pleasant! Lastly and also importantly the facility was so clean, well lit,and felt organized, and that just added to my experience of having this be super easy and stress free. As moving or relocating is not always pleasant. I have a ubox coming in from out of state and I will remove my itmes from there and combine them at this facility based on this excellent customer service. Thank you, Yanelis.

  If it weren’t for the rate increase to triple my rate I would’ve stayed there there was no negotiation. I did not even have a premium space. I would suggest they only should’ve raised rates on premium spacing such as 10 x 12 ,10 x 18. 10 x 20,. But overall, it was a smooth experience. I don’t know how you would describe just a storage space but it was nice to have you there. I really appreciated the indoor feel to the property where you didn’t have to unload in the rain that particular section with smaller spacing in my mind would not constitute a premium space. Thanks for everything. And may I suggest it’s not a great idea to do quarterly increases. Just write it in the books that pay Annual lease with refund capabilities if space is not used in the entire year. . David Illinois.

  Our son had a great experience renting a storage unit over the summer after finishing his spring semester at FGCU. The facility was clean, air-conditioned, and very well maintained. When he returned to retrieve his belongings for the fall semester, everything was exactly as he had left it. The customer service was outstanding, and we really appreciated the student discount for the months he needed the unit. It was an easy, convenient, and stress-free experience from start to finish. We will definitely be renting here again next summer when his spring semester ends!

  Don’t hesitate renting space at YourStorageUnits. Spotlessly clean, AC works great, easy to move items in/out. As importantly, Yanelus Carpio the assistant manager who signed me up could be more professional and caring. Her attitude and the well designed and organized space sold me. Also, the monthly price was fairly rated. I also appreciate the value of paying $10 per month for rental space insurance. During hurricane Ian we lost our stored goods to the storm. Our self storage space wasn’t insured. Very good to finally find people that actually care about their business.
