  There is a very clear reason this company has a 2.7-rating. Pinnacle Landscaping recently damaged my property and is now using absurd intimidation tactics to avoid taking accountability. ​While servicing our Bellavida subdivision for the HOA, their crew chose to drive a massive, heavy commercial zero-turn lawnmower directly over my brand-new, freshly installed, unsealed pavers. They clearly did this out of pure laziness to avoid using a weed eater along the edge. The weight of the machine has compromised the unsealed edge and left heavy, deep tire tread marks permanently stained across my new stone (see attached photos). ​When I brought this property damage to the attention of our HOA, the HOA forwarded the complaint to Pinnacle. Instead of acting like a professional business, Pinnacle completely panicked and deflected. They claimed they would not come out to inspect or clean the pavers due to "employee safety" (apparently doing their job and looking at a flat sidewalk is a hazard). Worse, they threatened to call the police and file a report over a "threatening email," and even threatened to forward the matter to their attorney—all because I demanded that they clean the tire tracks and fix the damage their mower caused. ​On top of the complete lack of management ethics, none of the crew members on the ground speak English, making it impossible to communicate with them or tell them to stay off the hardscaping while they are on your property. ​If you are an HOA board or property management company, stay far away from Pinnacle Landscaping. They do lazy work, damage homeowner property, and then try to use the police and legal threats as a shield to bully people into silence instead of paying to fix their mistakes. They are completely unprofessional.

  Absolutely the worst irrigation company I’ve dealt with. If zero stars were possible, that’s what I would give. The system they installed at my home started having issues just six months after moving in. When I reached out to have it repaired (since they were the original installers) I was told, “we don’t have time, call a different company.” That response alone says everything about their level of customer service. Poor-quality work and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a company that stands behind their work.

  Worst landscaping company ever! Hire/contact at your own risk. They did our HOA community landscaping for 3 years. Did half the work specified in the contract as far as frequency of cuts and trims. Damaged landscape lighting, doors and other property. They simply do not appear to have the staff to do the jobs they bid on. Management knew of the issues and did not care. I was told after they oversprayed a door with pesticide which could not be removed that indeed they were responsible but they were not prepared to rectify. Many of the reviews here are completely accurate. My only regret is I cannot give them 0 stars. BE WARNED STAY AWAY! Glad our community finally terminated them! In spite of their poor landscaping performance, their Pest Control Division is excellent. We still use Joe G. and his team for our pest issues. Very prompt and professional. Would still recommend this company for your pest management needs.
