This stores customer service was no help whatsoever. Which reflects on the store and leadership. Their "3rd party" delivery driver dropped off someone else's order. When I called, the lady blamed everybody and the driver basically. She said she'd send it to a manager and they'd have to look into it and call me back that it was a HUGE process. Hadn't heard a peep. So I took it upon myself and found the guy who had my order, I drove to his house and gave him his order and got mine. Still this branch's manager nor anyone else has reached out to me about this issue.

Home Depot would never!!! Came here after hearing Lowe’s was having a Kids workshop. Brought my daughter to try something different, was denied because I didn’t register even though there was ample amount of space and craft material available. My daughter was devastated she couldn’t play along and build with the few kids that was there. Home Depot accommodates whether you’ve registered online and still have enough project pack for every child to enjoy. I guess this is why Home Depot is always packed and Lowe’s is always empty. No customer service whatsoever, great way to lose potential customers.

Said if I spent 2500 on lg washer and dryer I would get a 500 dollar rebate. So I added lg washer and dryer pedestals to make my order over 2500. Mind you with tax my order without pedestals was over 2500. But was told it needed to be over 2500 without tax so
I was talked into buying pedestals which made my order way over 2500.
I waited and repeated my rebate paperwork three times over a three month period with help from rebate center. My last try it was said everything was corrected and I would get rebate now. I waited no rebate, and then im told my rebate was denied after approvrr because pedestals weren't part of over 2500 spend rebate deal. I was told a supervisor would call me but they never did.
I was lied to by Lowes store staff and rebate staff. Conned into purchasing an additional 500 dollars worth of lg pedestals which I would not of purchased if I wasn't getting 500 dollar rebate. This store and rebate center are well below zero stars.
I feel I should now get at least a 500 dollar credit on my lowes bill, but no supervisor from rebate center has called to discuss. BEWARE OF THEIR LYING CONN ARRESTS SALES AGENTS.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
