  Would like to acknowledge Manager Justin Lowell and sales associate Leah for making the purchase of a fabulous La-Z-Boy chair so easy and comfortable. Their help and guidance made the selection process enjoyable. There were so many chair choices available it was hard to decide which one I wanted. Thank you Justin and Leah for making my experience so fun.

  Based on my experience, I would not buy furniture from La-Z-Boy again, and I would not spend the extra money on their extended warranty or protection plan. I purchased the warranty believing that if something went wrong, it would provide peace of mind and support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. After months of delays, changing explanations, and a lack of resolution, I feel completely disappointed with both the product and the claims process. I wish I had saved my money and shopped elsewhere. Response to their response below. When I purchased my furniture, the sales team at La-Z-Boy enthusiastically encouraged me to buy the extended protection plan. They described it as “peace of mind,” assuring me that if something happened to my furniture, they would be there to take care of it. What La-Z-Boy’s response doesn’t mention is that the service request they’re referring to is not the first issue I’ve had. That response relates to a different claim. I experienced another issue with different furniture just three months after purchase, and the couch involved in this claim needed repairs only eight months after delivery. Adding to my frustration, because one claim was reportedly filed incorrectly, I was informed that four pieces of my furniture have now been excluded from future coverage under the protection plan. That is not what I believed I was purchasing when I paid for the additional protection. I appreciate that La-Z-Boy has now ordered the replacement parts for my couch. However, the overall experience has left me feeling that the “peace of mind” I was promised at the time of purchase did not match the reality of trying to use the protection plan.
