  Fantastic experience from start to finish, including pricing and gorgeous showrooms. Huge array of beautiful appliances for both indoor and outdoor. I don’t see a reason to shop anywhere else.

  Very Mixed Opinions - I was referred to one of their salesmen, Tyler Raffouf. He is certainly knowledgeable about various appliances and we selected a full replacement of all items in our Kitchen. We chose the Thermador brand. Tyler was then to coordinate with our cabinet people to make sure that the cabinets could support Thermador appliances. Tyler dropped the ball. He is very happy to sell them but does little if anything after the fact - even though he promised to do so. As a result, I incurred an additional expense from the cabinet company to modify the cabinets. I actually spoke to his manager and had a nice call. She assured me that she would follow up. Two weeks have passed and there has been zero follow up. Bottom line - you can buy good appliances at a number of stores. If I knew what I know now, I would have chosen a different vendor. I am not certain the experience would have been different but I have little, if any, confidence in Fuse.

  If you are building new or remodeling anything, we highly recommend FUSE to all of our clients. Ask for Tyler, he will steer you in the right direction. He has been great to work with.

  I bought all my kitchen appliances ( with the exception of my Bosch refrigerator ) from Fuse ( Tyler Ratliff) high end appliances. My gray glass touch to open speed microwave has had 6 service calls from Miele authorized Gulf Coast Appliance. It has never been right. I can send you videos and photos. In addition the main steam oven cooks a bit above temp on the left side and below temp on the right side. I want to say that I am disappointed that the black glass induction range scratches so easily. The exhaust hood and dishwasher work great; so I know how great this brand is. I need replacements! By the way I bought the expensive Fuse warranties for all my kitchen remodel

  Best appliance showroom in SW FL! They carry both mid and high-end appliances and Tyler Raffauf provides excellent service. Highly recommend!
