    We would like to share our great experience with Patricia Saladin, Install Coordinator at Ferguson Naples, Ft Myers, Eddie and Jose, installers. They were very professional and resolved our problem with our refrigerator panel. We had trouble with installation initially but once we started working with Patricia, Eddie and Jose, the issue was finally properly corrected. Thank you !

    My daughter and I came into store to get all bathroom accessories for a 4 bathroom house. It appeared that all the sales people were busy so we waited to talk to someone once they freed up. When the sales person approached, she was super dismissive. Acted like she wanted nothing to do with us. I wanted a price on an outdoor light. She told me she’d have to email the company for the price because it’s all custom so I asked her to go ahead and do so… Then, when I proceeded to tell her that I wanted all these bathroom accessories, she was not interested in helping us at first. Then she seemed to become very interested in our business and started to help us. I think when I saw the price of the faucet and wasn’t turned away by it, she realized that maybe I actually had money to purchase items. However, we started a project and she was supposed to email me But she never did. So I contacted her through email. She never responded. Additionally, she never got back to me with the email from the company about the outdoor light I wanted. I really feel like it was a pretty woman scenario where she thought I didn’t have money to buy the items and so she wasn’t interested in helping me. I continued to reach out to her, and she never responded. It’s difficult because I want the items and Ferguson is one of the only places that carries them, but I refuse to give them my money. Never been treated like that before. And for a sales person at a fixture store to act like your superior to me when you have no idea what I do for a living… It’s just utterly disrespectful. I’d actually rather pay more and go to a different store.

    We are so grateful for our experience with Brandon and our choice to go with Ferguson Home for our bathroom fixtures! Firstly, the showroom is a gorgeous, designer-curated space that offers lots of ideas. The collections are well-organized with upfront prices. Pricing and selection run the gamut from upscale to high-end luxury. This is our first full bathroom remodel, and we are tackling much of the project ourselves as homeowners. Brandon greatly helped us narrow down our selection from their wide variety of options, giving both expert design and technical advice. Most of the components were quickly delivered, but for the one back ordered piece he gave us ample notice and alternative options in case we were on a deadline. Just sign after sign of not just being well informed but also well practiced. The place feels like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is kind and welcoming even if you don’t have an appointment, however I do recommend calling in advance if you need a bit more attention just to ensure you get an appointment slot. Especially due to our experience with Brandon and the great selection, we will be back again for our second bathroom project. Thank you so much!

    I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to Warehouse Manager Gary Peacock and Showroom Manager Sierra Leitz for their help. I had a difficult situation where I ordered toilets for my home, however the order was incorrect. Gary and Sierra went above and beyond to help rectify this situation and get the correct reorder done. Thank you very much! Very pleased with my experience with these two.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
