Extremely disappointed. I rented and fully paid for a storage unit today, received confirmation and access information, and even placed my belongings inside. Later that night, I returned to continue my move and found a red lock blocking access to my unit—with no email, text, or notification explaining why.
I tried calling the available numbers multiple times, but no one answered, despite the advertised 24-hour customer service. I rented a moving van and have to vacate my apartment tomorrow, so this has seriously disrupted my move and caused unnecessary stress and expense.
If there was an issue with my account, I should have been notified. Taking payment, providing access, and then unexpectedly locking me out without notice is completely unacceptable.

Extra space is the only storage I’ll use now!
I have rented a couple of times, between moving to a new location. The units are reasonably priced, temperature controlled, and very clean! A+

This facility is horrible; Do Not Recommend. Rats and their droppings were all over our things, even in the air conditioned area. The one main positive attribute of this facility is Chriselina. She is understanding, pleasant, accommodating and a true asset to this company. If I could rate her separately, she’d receive 5/5 stars.
