Absolutely unacceptable. This is the THIRD time in just ONE MONTH that the gate has failed and would not open. I start my workday at 6:00 AM, yet I'm locked out until 9:00 AM when a manager finally arrives. The so-called emergency gate phone number is completely useless—no one answers when you need help.
If you run a business, store equipment, or need reliable access to your unit, think twice before renting here. Being unable to access your property for hours is beyond frustrating and can cost you time, money, and customers. Reliability should be the bare minimum, but unfortunately that is not the case here.
I would not recommend this facility to anyone who depends on consistent access to their belongings. Extremely disappointing.
