  I ordered a frame for my bed, and when I got it set up in my home I liked it ten times more than in the store! The installers were punctual, polite and professional! Hats off to City Mattress!

  I'm very pleased with the service at City Matttess. I couldn't get to the store for the Memorial Day sale... but they held the one I'd picked out online for a week...at the sale price until I could get there. When I was trying out the mattress I'd picked, Mike showed me another mattress, which was even better and let me have that one at the same price. I loved it so much i would have liked to stay on it forever so purchased that one. Both sleep experts I met that day were friendly and helpful...kept me comfortable and chatted until my ride home came an hour later. I highly recommend the City Mattress team on S Tamiami Trail in Fort Meyers for all your sleep needs. A great night's sleep awaits you and your happy back will thank you!

  Mixed bag doing business with these folks. Good stuff at the showroom on rte 41 Ft Myers. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. But improvement is needed on the delivery. From the start, a little bossy when one of the 2 movers said I don't have to open both my front doors. My house, I'll decide what doors get opened, guys. After exit, I did get an email with the receipt I 'requested.' Happy to get it though. I did notice that somebody had etched a half circle in the customer signature block. It wasn't my mark. I did not authorize either of these 2 individuals to sign for my receipt. Management needs to take a look at this shady short cut.
