But I absolutely wanted to leave a review for Raul at the Fort Lauderdale store, because he has been exceptional throughout the entire process. I was in and out of the store multiple times while trying to make my decision, and Raul was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful every single time. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and help me figure out exactly what would work best for me. I also have a somewhat complicated delivery situation because I’m in the middle of a renovation, and Raul has gone above and beyond to help me navigate it. He has followed up with me, tracked the shipping status, looked into questions and concerns, and made sure everything was handled correctly. He has genuinely stayed on top of the process rather than simply disappearing once the sale was made. Raul is exactly what you hope for in a store representative…patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure his customer has a great experience. I sincerely hope Lovesac recognizes what an asset he is to the company, because employees who provide this level of service are incredibly valuable and rare and deserve to be acknowledged. I highly recommend asking for Raul if you’re shopping at the Fort Lauderdale Lovesac store. He has made the entire experience so much easier, and I really appreciate all of his help!
