I had a great first experience at Extra Space Storage! When I arrived, I realized I had accidentally booked a unit in a building without an elevator - which was definitely not going to work for me. The two women working at the front desk, specifically Marsha (I think that was her name!), were unbelievably accommodating, helpful, and polite.
They looked into their system and found that a 1st floor, climate-controlled unit had JUST opened up that morning. The price wasn't that much different so we quickly did some paperwork to finalize moving me into the new unit and I was good to go in less than 5 minutes! To make things even better, Marsha even drove me over on a golf cart to show me the exact location of the unit, pointing out the best doors to use and where to park.
You truly cannot beat the price here - they are by far the most affordable storage option on the market. Between the prices and the top-tier customer service, I couldn't be happier. Thanks again, Marsha!

Quick responses for our inquiries. Everyone we have spoken to has been professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Whenever I'm at the unit they are always attentive and available and aware. From a personal perspective the location is quiet peaceful and not too busy. It allowed me the space and quiet to sort through a large disaster that happened to our stored items at another location. It's a good location I highly recommend it.
