Today we visited our storage unit because we lost our key to our unit. Gary was helping out at our location and he was FANTASTIC he updated my information, helped me setup the app, removed the old lock and made certain that our new key was working. Gary has a great smile and is very welcoming with amazing energy the “I’m here to help you” attitude! He made our entire experience pleasant and easy breezy!! Clean and convenient facility won’t take that away from them. But had to move after 3 months because they doubled the monthly rate from $60 to $120. The way they word it is because you are doing month to month they can change the terms at anytime. Be careful with these people.
