Very easy to reserve and register online. Quick! I received a call right away from the office - mich, who was obviously very kind and patient. She asked when I would be in. We set up a flexible schedule. All good. I went in and met Evandro who was also helpful and dealt with my silly humor. Poor guy! I got the lock keys and code. All set. Quick and easy. Staff is great!
It would be a five star however I would recommend 3 things for the ownership - better wifi as there seem to be dead spots, more carts and the A/C was a bit of a struggle - August, which I can mostly forgive as it's South Florida and it's very hard to cool a massive building in this heat. It's a similar struggle this time of year for our homes.

Miche and Evandro, are amazing! Really love my experience here because it’s a true human experience. I absolutely appreciate that management is onsite. The process of moving in was completely stress free. If you need storage space, Extra Space off of Broward Blvd on 1st street is an excellent location, highly recommend.
