I just want to take the time out to put Britney in the spotlight . Story time about my day… Today I was in a very bad mood because of personal reasons. On top of receiving such a ridiculous increase. I wasn’t the nicest to this young lady. I feel Horrible, through my whole tantrum she treated me with such grace ,she smiled the entire time, she adjusted my rate. She even helped me push my cart all the way to my unit because I have on an arm cast . I apologized to her with tears and asked for a hug. I asked her if I could buy her lunch and she just asked if I could do a review for her . I really wish I could do more . It doesn’t take anything to be kind. Such a kind hearted individual .

I've had the pleasure of being with these folks for almost a year and I just had to do some adjustments with my billing today. Britney was absolutely phenomenal and helps me through every step of the way. She even was able to cut my billing down for me because I wasn't quite ready to get all my stuff out of storage. I highly recommend if anybody is looking for a place to store stuff, this is the place.
