I cannot say enough good things about Roberta at Extra Space Storage. Moving is stressful enough, but she went above and beyond every single time I needed help.
When I underestimated the amount of storage I needed, I ended up renting multiple units (a 10x30, a 10x20, and a 10x9), and Roberta was incredibly accommodating.
To make matters even better, I lost my storage key, and she cut my lock for me at no charge without making the situation any more stressful than it already was.
Every time my crew and I have shown up to move items, she’s made sure the gates and doors were open and that everything went smoothly. Her customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help have made a huge difference during what has been a chaotic move.
Employees like Roberta are hard to find. She genuinely cares about her customers and consistently goes the extra mile. Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have someone like her representing their company.

Roberta was SO sweet, so friendly. Was great with my autistic son while we were here. The facility was sooo clean and organized. Also, we had to use the potty during our visit - it was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. Always LOVE coming to Extra Space Storage. Thanks for making our visit so great, as always.

After a devastating flood, I had to find storage for my furniture. I was so lucky to find Easy Space Storage on Fleming Island. Roberta, the manager, was so helpful, stayed late to give my movers access, and was compasionate about my emergency situation. The facility is very clean, well lighted and I am very happy to have found it.
