The self checkout in the garden area is crap. Can’t see the screens, the green light that lets you know if the register is open is not visible, the staff that should be helping with the register issues are busy with customers who are shopping, so any check out issues are not being handled in a timely manner.
If the company expects the customer to become a part time employee at the checkout, maybe the process needs to be streamlined.
Bar code should be easy to find and actually scans when you are scanning it.
The employee was not able to take feedback and just said corporate doesn’t care.
Nice. Get better at picking the equipment if you’re going to force customers to become employees.

When my wife and I first moved here, Dave Smith helped us purchase our new washer and dryer. He made the entire experience easy, professional, and enjoyable. Since then, we’ve returned to upgrade our stovetop and, most recently, our dishwasher.
Dave happened to be on vacation for two weeks when we were ready to buy the dishwasher. Even though everyone else in the store was courteous and willing to help, we decided to wait because we wanted to work with Dave. That’s how much confidence we have in him.
Our new dishwasher is on the way, and next on our list are a new double wall oven and a vent hood. No worries—Dave has us covered!
A special thank you also goes to Justin, the Store Manager, for leading a team that truly puts customers first.
Great products are important, but great people keep customers coming back. Thanks again, Dave and Justin!

Purchased a GE Profile All-in-One Washer Dryer Comb with the pedestal on Sunday June 21, 2026. Was told by the employee helping us twice that it would be delivered on Tuesday June 23. Well Tuesday comes and nothing so at 5 I check the Lowe’s app. And it said that new delivery date of June 30. Should have been the first red flag. June 30 the washer is delivered not the pedestal. Driver said it is on back order till July 14. Ok red flag number 2. July 14 the pedestal is delivered but once unboxed the front has a large dent with several long scratches. The driver takes it back and said that we will receive a phone call about a replacement. Lowe’s employee calls and said he is the delivery manger asked a few questions then say that “the pedestal is a special item and they are unable to get another”. He said that we can take the damaged one at a “discount rate” or get a refund for the pedestal. Of course I asked for the refund and told him that I will go to Home Depot and get one from them. I have been a loyal customer and made several appliance purchases from Lowes in the past, but no longer. I will say GOODBYE TO CRAFTSMAN (Lowe’s) and HELLO MILWAUKEE (Home Depot)!
