  Randall and his team did an amazing job! Night and day difference on the plant bed cleanup and mulching. They were professional, communicated well, and I would definitely recommend!

  Randall Boughton is very unprofessional and Rude. The quality of our grass declined after starting services. Weeds were a major concern of ours and he told us there was nothing he could do. He also proceeded to cut our grass without allowing it to fully catch. The lack of communication was extremely poor. When asked to rectify the issues we were having, his recommendation was to terminate service. My advice would be to find another lawn care service. Save yourself the headache.

  I would not recommend this company. The owner was rude, disrespectful, unaccommodating, and communication was extremely poor. When I raised concerns about the quality of service and asked for the work I was paying for to be properly completed, Randall Boughton response was, “You’re not the customer for me.” That response alone speaks volumes about the level of customer service. Since hiring this company, the quality of my grass has actually gotten worse, and weeds were allowed to cultivate and spread widely throughout the lawn. Weed identification and control were ineffective, and I was told I had goosegrass when I was actually dealing with other weeds as well. Cleanup was also consistently poor, with grass clippings, leaves, and mulch left throughout the lawn after service. I hired a professional lawn-care company to maintain and improve my property, not watch it progressively decline while paying for service. Between the deteriorating lawn, uncontrolled weeds, poor cleanup, lack of communication, and the owner’s disrespectful attitude, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
