- JTJason TaylorJun 18, 20233.0I called, to verify my quote and compare it to a set up I had made on-line. I was hung up on. The rep picked up the phone to see if I was still there, as I heard the background noise of the store, and she surely heard the background noise of my children. Then the phone was hung up. 25% off everything sale is on, so it is a reasonable deal. Plus the Military discount for an additionally, 5%. But I may just go a different route, due to the service. Update from two to 3 stars. I went to the store. They said, it was a technical difficulty. When I went to the store, the initial person seemed to be in training. I was ready to purchase and wanted to do a comparison. This proved to be difficult. I will update again once my sectional is delivered. If the delivery is correct, I will update to 4 stars, if it is wrong, I will downgrade to one star.
- BKBryan KoserJun 15, 20231.0BEWARE! Everything is amazing until you have to assemble everything yourself!!! It’s absolutely horrible! It’s heavy and cumbersome. Then the worst part after assembling everything is putting the covers on. This is a precise process any error and it simply doesn’t fit. I wouldn’t recommend this product to my worst enemy. Hire installers LOVESAC!! I would gladly pay any reasonable fee to have it professionally assembled. Good luck!
