We had some issues at first being able to get into the unit but after calling customer service, we decided to go the next day. We went back to talk to someone in the office to help figure out why we couldn’t get into our unit. Vicki was super awesome!! She was very friendly and super helpful. She had heard of our dilemma already and moved us to a different unit that it our needs much better! She was very nice and really great to work with!!!
