- KPKelly PapaliaApr 1, 20261.0They have created a fire hazard in my home. Their company has been out 3 times to measure and this is the final result. Cannot open our doors out onto the deck. The last installer that created this disaster was rude to myself, my husband, and 4 other PROFESSIONALS we had working in our home. I spoke with Stacy last week and they were suppose to show up yesterday to at least remove this fire hazard. No one ever showed up. Update…6/10/2026 after waiting a month and a half for our “corrected blind”, they showed up yesterday to install yet ANOTHER incorrectly cut blind. This is the 4th time. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourselves a favor and don’t inconvenience yourselves with this company or waste your money. Added a pic of our original invoice which is dated all the way back to November 2025. As of today June 16, 2026, we still have not had not had anyone (including the owner Stacey) reach out to us to correct this.

They showed us our options, based on what we were looking for, and made an appointment to come to our house to take measurements. They were ordered and within a couple weeks we got a call to have them installed. Best and easiest experience! We would definitely recommend Best Blinds & Designs without hesitation!
