  I am very thankful for you telling me the truth about repairing my Roybi chain saw and pressure washer. I was told by three other places to bring them in. I know by talking to you I would be better cost wise to get new ones. HONESTY

  Well let's start at the beginning. I'm disabled on SS, a $4500 purchase was as big as buying a house on my income. I love(d) my mower, I had an issue with the grass shoot catching & folding under which ripped it after 90 minutes use. They picked up my mower & said they could not find anything wrong as far as deck leveling. I have a 2 year warranty & their option(s) were to replace the shoot for $117 or sale me a mulching kit for $250+. So seems warranty doesn't mean anything. So to go forward ill have to drill a hole in the front of the grass shoot & bungy cord to hold it up so it won't bend under while cutting. Bottom line a brand new mower & I have to DYI to rig it to function properly. Warranty means nothing when buying a Bad Boy. Don't expect them to make it right, you'll have to figure out a way to correct/rig the problem yourself. Very disappointed in their warranty policy. I do have a inclined ditch in front of my house as many do, was told it's my problem that I don't know how to mow at 68yrs old and 60yrs with a riding mower. I never had this issue with any of my mowers. Bad Boy said it's configured correctly therefore it's my problem. I understand their concerns, but this shouldn't happen especially with me knowing how to mow my property. It's just a shame I have to rig a new mower to do the job correctly. If anyone else had this issue, I'd love a response. Was told no one has experienced this. Photos to follow of my incline & the issue with the grass shoot when I get the mower back. Thank you

  My company brought 4 machines for service. We used the machines 3 weeks after they serviced them and 2 of them immediately broke down spitting oil out of the exhaust. We let them know within the 30 day warranty. We were not able to get the machines to them with the 30 days, didnt have time to take them, and they said there was no warranty. They blamed it on moisture in the gas. One motor blew up and they want $2144 to put a new motor. The other machine they fixed and instill had to pay again. They over filled the oil on these machines. blaming us because of their technician error.
