  Josh was Great to deal with from the minute we walked in the door. Josh had excellent knowledge of the brand and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. After answering a few of my questions he pointed me in the right direction and within a few minutes had built my chair to the specifics I requested and we were all done. Great experience and highly recommend Josh and the rest of the staff at La-Z-Boy of Destin!!!

  I would rate lower if i could. The recliner delivered was defective from the moment it was delivered. 2 and a half months later it is still not fixed. Customer service has been sympathetic but the problem remains. Run from this company.

  Michael was very patient while we decided on colors and materials for the furniture we were buying. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about his products. It was no pressure selling and we had a very nice time buying furniture at his store. We bought a petite recliner which is difficult to find, so we were happy to find it at Lazyboy.

  The guys were so nice and explained how to lock and unlock the back of the chair. They do a great job representing La-Z-Boy service.
