  We did a bathroom remodel and replaced some appliances/faucets in the kitchen. Tatiana was responsive, helpful and professional. We greatly appreciate her time and knowledge along the way. Highly recommend!

  Building a house over 24 months is a complete disruption to your life--especially with lack of communication from all the people involved but that wasn't the case with Rebecca Cummings at Ferguson in Destin. Rebecca made my life easier and was beyond accommodating! You absolutely cannot please everyone, not possible when so many are demanding of your time and expect everything yesterday! Rebecca was a breath a fresh air throughout this process and I appreciate her help on the ridiculous # of decisions it takes to pull things together in a custom home. Give the Ferguson team and Rebecca some grace, they're a busy place with MANY clients. Appreciate you RC!

  Tatiana is very professional and extremely helpful. I truly enjoyed working with her and give her 5 stars. The manager, Mark, on the other hand, was not at all helpful in handling a problem situation with our order. He was not at all interested in solving our problem. Tatiana, came to our rescue with a real solution that allowed us to move forward on our project.

  I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing appliances through Ferguson. My customer spent nearly $15,000 on a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher for a high-end vacation rental home. Just days after installation, the dishwasher failed and stopped draining. A service request was submitted through Ferguson, and we were told the earliest someone could come out was two weeks later.. An unacceptable wait for a brand new appliance if you ask me, but what choice did we have? We were told that if anyone else attempted to repair it, the warranty could be voided. Go figure. Come to find out Ferguson apparently provided the repair company with the wrong contact information, resulting in nobody reaching out and nobody showing up to make the repair. Meanwhile, the homeowner has been left having to explain to guest after guest that they can’t use the dishwasher in a multi million dollar vacation home due to brand new appliance failure and a complete lack of support. The customer service experience was just as disappointing. Responses were unhelpful, communication was poor, and there was no sense of urgency or accountability. Spending this kind of money should come with a level of service that matches the purchase. Instead we got excuses and delays. While I understand mistakes happen, the lack of accountability was sickening. Ferguson has made this a much bigger issue than it ever needed to be. Very disappointing experience and I will be sure to spread awareness every chance I get.

  It's unfortunate that I have to leave this feedback but as the property manager of a vacation rental, Ferguson's performance here was unacceptable. While I understand that Ferguson cannot always control a failure of an appliance they sell, they can control the experience their customers recieve. Without a clear expectation, I cannot update my guests or prepare future guests on what to expect. This resulted in over 15 guest phone calls, 5 partial refunds and 2 reports of negative feedback on my clients home. I was involved in the communication with my client regularly and the customer service he received is unacceptable. The fact that "we cannot control the schedule of our service team" is the only solution for an appliance that fails immediately is just not good enough.
