  I’ve always had a good experience at this Lowe’s. Usually easy to find what I need, and the staff is friendly when I have a question. Good place to shop for home projects.

  Extremely disappointed with our experience at this Lowe’s, both in store and afterward with customer service. My husband and I have an elderly neighbor whose husband is currently dealing with serious medical issues, leaving her spending the majority of her time at the hospital. My husband offered to start mowing her lawn so she would have one less thing to worry about. She has a riding mower, and when the battery stopped working, we decided to handle getting it replaced ourselves rather than bother her while she is dealing with her husband’s health. The battery is a Magna Power Pro, which is sold exclusively at Lowes. BEFORE making the trip to the store, we called this location and spoke with an associate in the garden center. We explained the situation and were told to bring the battery in because it has a six month warranty and they would exchange it for us. Based solely on that information, we loaded the battery up and drove to the store. At customer service, an older lady with short blonde hair greeted my husband. He then explains everything again, including that the battery belonged to our neighbor and we just called ahead and been told it could be exchanged. We were then asked for the phone number associated with the original purchase, which we obviously did not have because it was not our purchase. She then calls for a manager on her radio stating “I’m sorry to bother you” in-front of my husband making it seem like coming up there was an inconvenience for her. Wish I got her name. A manager named Oscar became involved. At one point, Oscar offered to resolve the situation with a gift card. Then during the same interaction, he apparently discovered there had been a company policy change and suddenly told us there was nothing he could do. So which is it? We called ahead specifically so we would know what was required BEFORE driving to the store. An employee told us the battery could be exchanged. Once we arrived, the manager initially offered another solution after discovering a policy change during the interaction. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided by a store before making a trip there, and management should be aware of currently company policies. Unfortunately the experience with Lowe’s customer service afterward was no better. We called corporate and spoke with Brittany. After getting nowhere, we requested a supervisor. We were placed on hold for 15 minutes and then the call disconnected. We had to call AGAIN, speak with Jorio, and then finally he transferred to his supervisor, Dazion. After all that we went further down the same shopping plaza to AutoZone and simply purchased a new battery ourselves. Even the AutoZone associate commented that the battery we brought in wasn’t even six months old. We weren’t asking Lowe’s to replace some old battery or trying to take advantage of a warranty. We were trying to address an issue with a relatively new Lowe’s-exclusive battery, called ahead to confirm what to do, and followed the instructions their own employee gave us. What makes this even more disappointing is that I JUST renovated my entire back porch using nothing but Lowes products purchased from THIS location. I have consistently chosen to spend my money here, which makes the complete lack of effort to find a reasonable solution even more frustrating. The battery itself was never the reason this became such a frustrating situation. It was the complete lack of consistency, communication, and owner ship at every step. I have formally requested contact from District Manager John Beacher regarding our experience, and I am expecting a follow-up. I will update this review accordingly once this conversation takes place. And finally Oscar, as the manager of this location, I genuinely hope this experience results in better communication and a better understanding of the policies your team is expected to enforce. Customers should not be learning about a policy change alongside the manager responsible for enforcing it. I expected significantly better.

  Sat there for 20 min for manager override. Nobody came. Left. Ask your garden center employee he called twice i heard him. He tried, management must have been very busy.

  If I could give this store 0/5 rating I would. Went to get some key's duplicated and waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come help. Staff walked by, there was staff on their phones, they kept calling for workers but eventually no one came. Left the store and got it done in less than 5 minutes at the Home Depot in Orange City. If you need help and want to rely on staff to help you this is not the store to ask for questions or ask for help.

  99.9%. Excellent 1%. One time I had to wait for service like over 40 minutes, hopefully after that I had no issues but in general is in great location they have almost everything
