- CPCarlosdicarlos PinaJun 4, 20251.0Still under warranty he still insisted of me paying for the repairs. Not to be trusted that simple.
- SBsusana burrySep 17, 20241.0Took my serger to be repair and they charged me $ 75 after waiting like 3+ weeks to get it back. When I got it back was just like before the repair. Very unhappy with this store. Will never return
- JKJulie KaynerFeb 16, 20231.0The sewing machine guy is very nice. hours are flaky, sometimes they are there and sometimes it is closed. It's quite a drive for us so that really sucked. took my pristine sewing machine in - sorry I did, they put stuff back on backwards, upside down, scratched the light casing pretty badly, peeled back most of the instructions on the embroidery unit - it really looks like awful. I have babied this machine and I am sorry I took it in to them. Will not be going back
