I want to recognize the outstanding service provided by the Gigi and Charles at the storage facility. Both were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure my storage needs were taken care of efficiently.

Gigi is great. She calls me if theres any issue with my unit. One month I fell onto some hard times and she listened everything I said and was understanding of my situation. She offered to waive some late fees if it got to that point. It reminds me of why I chose Extra Space Storage in the first place. I live in Delray Beach and I love how I can open the gate with the Extra Space app. I love even more that my personal things are being cared for by good, honest people and piece of mind is everything.
