I ordered a washer and dryer online on July 9th, and it was delivered on July 22nd. Unfortunately, the dryer arrived smashed and damaged. The delivery driver was excellent, professional, and took the broken unit straight back on his truck.However, dealing with Lowe's corporate online customer service line to get a replacement was an absolute joke. From the front-line agents up to the Escalation Team Manager, they were robotic, completely unhelpful, and refused to work outside their computer screen scheduling parameters. They told me I would have to wait over a week for a replacement. To make matters worse, the phone audio quality was terrible—it sounded like they weren't even speaking into their microphones, and they just read from a script without listening to my problem. As an Air Force Veteran, I expected real accountability for a logistics mistake Lowe's made, but corporate care didn't care at all.Frustrated, I bypassed corporate and called the DeFuniak Springs Lowe's store directly. I spoke with Noah (Appliance Associate) and Paul (Store Manager). What a massive difference! They were absolutely incredible. Within 15 minutes, they cut right through the corporate red tape, checked their physical inventory, and manually scheduled a replacement dryer to be delivered to my house by July 24th.Five stars for the DeFuniak Springs store team, Noah, Paul, and the delivery driver. They saved a customer relationship that corporate almost destroyed. If you have delivery issues, skip the 1-800 number entirely and go straight to this local team!

Don't ever use Lowes services for installing doors etc. or have anything delivered. I've tried both and its been a disaster.. Lowes should just be a store and nothing else.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
