Shawn was amazing, he was patient and professional explaining the fees purposes and the process. This is the first story I felt it wasn't sketchy and that I would be loyal to. Only issue I had is the gate opening with the yellow bar that's in the way and the panel to enter is so far away you have to get out the car just to touch the numbers. So on a rainy day that's going to be a problem. Besides that still a great place to store your stuff.
