  The crew did a fantastic job removing two very large, very old water oaks that had been dropping large limbs that were quite scary. John did a fine job shepherding the operation. Thanks!

  Excellent service from John! He did a great job trimming our oak tree. He was quick, professional, and cleaned everything up when he was finished. His prices were very reasonable, too. Highly recommend John for quality tree service!

  John Letcher and his crew from Custom Lakefronts And Tree Care company did an amazing job of clearing our lake frontage. We had used them once before, and we were happy to utilize their talents once again. They’re very professional, they communicate extremely well, and they did it in short order and we are more than pleased. I appreciate the communication which begins with providing a detailed scope of the job, a fair and accurate proposal, highly skilled accountable supervision and superior execution of the job. John communicates on a daily basis of what was accomplished for the day and what to expect the following day. The job is reviewed together at the end to ensure I'm pleased and happy with the outcome. I'm certain if I had any concerns they would see to it things were taken care of. It's nice to have a company with a team like Steve, John and David who care about the customer and the quality of workmanship they deliver.
