if i could give zero stars i would will never shop at lowes again spent almost $200 cash last week wanted to return 2 items under $10 in total i dont have my receipt wanted to exchange 1 thing unopened and just figure store credit for the $3 items nope sorry we dont do exchanges we dont do returns without proof of purchase mind you they have 20 cameras in self checkout so i was recorded the whole time during my purchase smfh shitty way to treat their customers will not be going back

Very disappointing experience with Lowe’s. I placed and PAID for my order using my Bahamian credit card, which Lowe’s had no problem accepting. However, when I arrived to pick up my merchandise, they refused to release my already-paid-for order because I presented my valid Bahamian government-issued driver’s license.
If Lowe’s does not accept foreign government-issued identification for pickup, that restriction should be made very clear before an international customer is allowed to place and pay for a pickup order.
I waited over an hour before the store manager finally decided to release my order.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be back & will let everyone know of this discriminatory policy.

Estuvimos por aproximadamente 35 minutos esperando en el departamento de pintura para ser atendidos, finalmente uno de los empleados que estaba sin hacer nad se digno llamar al encargado de dicho departamento el cual no mostró gran interes en ayudarnos, y luego se retiro a limpiar un reguero que le hicieron de pintura y no nos dijo disculpen, regreso luego , nada , nos dejo ahi esoerando.
No hay buena atencion en este Lowe's.
