  ⭐ 1 Star Avoid this Extra Space Storage location at all costs. For over a month and a half, I have been trying to move out and remove my belongings from my storage unit, but the elevator has been out of service the entire time. Every single time I ask for an update, I get the same excuse: "The technician is coming" or "The elevator is being remodeled." After six weeks of hearing the exact same story, it's hard to believe anything they say anymore. Meanwhile, they expect customers to keep paying full price for storage units that cannot be properly accessed. I no longer want this unit and need to move, but I am being forced to wait while they continue charging me month after month. The customer service is just as bad as the situation itself. The woman working at the front desk was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and condescending. Instead of helping me, she told me I needed to "educate myself" about how long remodeling projects take, as if I were too ignorant to understand the situation. That level of arrogance and disrespect toward a paying customer is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was told that if I wanted to move out, I could simply carry all my belongings down the stairs. Seriously? People rent storage units expecting reasonable access to their belongings, not to risk injury carrying heavy furniture and boxes because management cannot fix an elevator that has been out of service for over six weeks. The facility is also poorly lit, making it difficult to see and organize items inside the units. This location has shown zero empathy, zero accountability, and zero respect for its customers. All they seem to care about is continuing to collect payments while customers deal with the inconvenience. If your unit is on an upper floor, think twice before renting here because if the elevator breaks, you may be stuck paying for a unit you can barely access. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I will never rent from Extra Space Storage again and would not recommend this location to anyone.

  I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Dave. I accidentally forgot my key and was locked out of my unit, which could have been a stressful situation, but Dave made the entire process incredibly easy. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He quickly helped me gain access to my unit and even got me set up with a replacement lock right away. The whole process was fast, efficient, and there was virtually no wait time. It’s clear that Dave cares about providing excellent customer service and making sure customers are taken care of. Thank you, Dave, for turning a frustrating situation into a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend this location!

  I've been renting a unit at this location since before Extra Space took it over. Since they took it over, they've implemented multiple price increases. Currently I'm paying $144 and just received a notice in the mail today that they want to increase it to $205 a month. I understand inflation but this large of an increase, or increase at all, is ridiculous. After calling, I was told they could do "just a $20 increase" which is better than $61, but crazy given the vacant units in this location, and not providing any different service.
