I wrote back a few hours later asking about an issue I had seen outside and mentioned I had ants in the house. Well he came back almost right away as I was now available to let him in! He sprayed at the entry points and talked with knowledge about how it all works I'm very happy. Aptive is my 3rd pest control company in 2 years and I finally feel like I'm in good hands. And thank you to Charlie for going above and beyond and coming back.

According to their records, there was only one visit completed, but I was never notified, and the pictures uploaded as proof of service were not even of my property. What has been even more frustrating is trying to cancel. A simple cancellation request has turned into multiple phone calls, long holds, and disconnected calls without a resolution. The biggest issue is the lack of accountability. I paid for a service that was not properly provided, yet the focus has only been on making it difficult to cancel instead of addressing the fact that I never received what I paid for. Very disappointing experience, and I would not choose this company again.
