Two months ago, I called customer service specifically to cancel because I was going to use a product more focused on mosquito control. I was told by the representative that you would discount my account and that I should give the service another two months. I was also told that if I was still unhappy after those two months, I could cancel without a cancellation fee. Now, two months later, I’m being told that this conversation never happened and that I’m still responsible for a $199 cancellation fee, despite multiple attempts to cancel and ultimately the product/treatment were not effective.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.

Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
