Be AWARE and read the contract very well and ask many questions. My price doubled in just 3 months after I rented. The excuse was that the initial quote was a special discounted rate. I was told by the manager on site that they can increase the rate every 3 months based on competitor prices within a 10 mile radius. They increased DOUBLED the price of the two units I have with them exactly on the 3rd month. Calling corporate is not possible. The phone loops you back around to speak with the manager on site which is not helpful and says that is their policy. This is a Bait and switch tactic and not a customer friendly approach. Get everything in writing and/or go somewhere else.
