  Great place to store your items. Best customer service around. The manager is willing to work with you when it comes to the increases unlike other places. Of course there are late fees if you pay late just like any other place. Highly recommend 👌 you guys are awesome!

  If I could leave half star or no star that would be better. Brand new place but owner is weird, staff is unwelcoming and doesn’t stop harassing you for payment over phone when you didn’t agree for phone call contact. Overcharged for rent when it was originally a set price then over months it went up a hundred dollars and when we asked why they said “it just happens”. Move out date was 4th, tried charging me for late fees on the 2. Also tried to hit me with other charges on different cards that I told them to take off the account and deleted them myself but somehow was still used? Threatened with a cleaning fee and a picture of the unit so we went over to get the stuff out- it was all gone when we got there. Weird. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to pour hundreds in for no reason!!

  We love the service and would absolutely give it 5 stars except after 4-5 months they doubled our rent price-and the only way we knew was because we saw our balance and it was DOUBLE what the previous month’s balance was. When questioned, they said they sent out a postcard in the mail but if you can text me my balance every month, you can certainly text me a rate change/increase. We were able to work with them to bring it down some, but it’s still almost $20 higher than when we signed up just 4-5 months ago. The fact that they can change the rate any time is a bit disheartening.

  Overall my experience with the young lady at the davenport location was great. On the other hand dealing with the individual over the phone I believe her name was Sharron.She had me under the impression that this location would be closer to me but when I realized I had to drive 20 minutes away, and after being under the impression that it was right around the corner from where live was very disappointing, because there's one that's closer to me than this one , which is in Winter Haven , its closer to me this one even though this on is in Davenport. It's further away from me. Winter haven eight minutes..... but the young lady from the davenport location made me feel the whole lot better by giving me twenty four hours to load my things in the storage and I really appreciated that because otherwise , I would have had to pay extra day for my u haul trailer , so thank you for that.....
