Eric was courteous and professional and very clear about all my options; his knowledge and willingness to attempt a job others had refused put me at ease. My confidence was reinforced when the tree crew showed up on the day of removal. Jon made sure I understood the entire process and showed great courage up on that lift; William and Bailey moved pieces swiftly into place and it was on the ground before I knew it. I have been anxious about this tree for years and this crew made it look easy.
