Staff is horribly rude and the semi truck drivers that bring stock are even worse. I'd rather go literally anywhere else, in fact I drive across town most of the time to the tractor supply or the local nursery for garden stuff to avoid this place.

I was in the Crestview, FL a couple of weeks ago and I received excellent help from Cory in the Lawn Care department. He was very helpful in explaining to me the advantages of the battery powered Lawn mowers. Especially the self-propelled Ego. I was very impressed. I will definitely be purchasing an Ego in June because of Cory's expertise and knowledge of that department! Keep up the excellent work Cory!

We installed pendant lighting above our kitchen island to improve both visibility and style. The electrician carefully centered each fixture and adjusted brightness levels to fit the space properly. The installation took a few hours and everything was cleaned afterward. Compared to before, the kitchen feels much warmer and more inviting during meals and gatherings. The added lighting also makes food prep easier without relying entirely on overhead fixtures. It’s a relatively simple upgrade, but it gave the kitchen a more finished and modern appearance that we notice every day.

So I went into the Garden Center yesterday (5-4-26) and found a gorgeous hydrangea for my mom for Mother's Day. Miss Sabrina in the garden center was so incredibly helpful! I've never grown hydrangeas before so she walked me through a beginner's crash course on their care and light conditions and how you should move up one inch in pot size every year. She was very knowledgeable in her field and she was wonderful to talk to. Thank you so much Miss Sabrina for all your help yesterday! ❤️

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
