This is not really the fault of Lowe's but I can not find a way to write a review on John Deere. I just bought a S140 mower and bagger system. I just attached the bagger to the mower. The baggers overall quality is unacceptable. I bought a previous John Deere back in mid 1990's 100 series, the mower and bagger was 100% quality, thats why I bought another one. I will begin to breakdown the problem: 1, Chute system is made very well, durable and built with quality. 2: Bags are lacking in durability and quality, very flimsy but acceptable. 3: Lid is totally unacceptable. I have pictures but dont know how to upload. Made of very flimsy material (plastic). It will only raise appox. 20 degrees, just enough room to slide the bags out. It has a latch bar on the right side to hold it up, the other side is sagging and looks pitiful. The lid is setup for another slide lock on the left side but is not feasable because of the difficulty to lower the lid. The chute actually covers the width of the right bag and only fills the left bag. Whoever engineered the lid system missed the mark. My opinion, this is unacceptale for the price I paid. I said earlier, I have pictures but don't know how to upload them.

Rarely staffed checkouts, relying on self-checkouts. Point of sale system prone to errors. Stock levels do not sync with website and prices are often 10-20% higher in-store. Expect to either trod to customer service, wait in line, and speak to associate to ask for assistance and walk back to where you need assistance and hope you get there before the summoned help leaves, or call the store, be placed on hold for a ridiculous length of time, and then ask for help in your currently occupied isle, or get get call disconnected and call again. Better yet, leave and go where they actually want your business.

Absolutely the worst customer service iv ever had experience with. Iv spend over 25 thousand dollars here maybe even more through the years on multiple orders to build houses/sheds/plumbing/grills/other items, they have messed up so many orders, HASSLED ME about returns for broken or missing items. Customer service is the worst. I will now be going an hour out of my way to go to home depot or the local hardware store. Im done with lowes

Really terrible in person service. I went up to the customer service counter to find a product after looking for myself for a good bit and still left empty handed due to the service desk worker barely even lifting a finger to help me out. Had to go up to him twice to have him even look in the computer and I was still basically told to just go look. The inventory online is almost never correct here either. Wish there was a Home Depot in Crestview.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
