- HRHighland Mountain RetreatJun 19, 20261.0Made an appointment for a safe installation. First appt was rescheduled bc they were down an employee. Understandable. Second appt was rescheduled bc of an “emergency” the morning of the appt. which they only informed me about, after I called to get an ETA on their arrival time. Third appt, they sent just ONE person to install a 900+ lbs safe (which I disclosed to them during first discussion), who showed up and, big shock, had to reschedule again for another day. I wasted two days off of work waiting for an installation that never happened. I do not recommend this company. Find another company who is reliable and actual wants your business.
