  Penny at the turtle run location needs to retire .they got my authorization to replace my appliance weeks upon week. And Everytime I go to the store it’s a different story. I have been without a fridge replacement 2 months now inconvenient my children and myself . First I hear we will replace the fridge now I hear u have to buy a new one , they pickup the faulty fridge then give back a refund! This is rediculous . I am so irritated 😣 imagine having kids and no fridge for so long all me batches these ppl don’t know there job this totally wickedness coming from Lowe’s especially when I express that I really need this fridge asap

  This Lowe's store is very convenient and well-maintained. The aisles are usually not cluttered, and I like the way they keep the inventory well-stocked. It's an excellent place to shop, a good comparison to the other big-box stores in the area. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful, and you don't have to wait long for an item on a high shelf to be taken down for you. Check-out is fast and easy, and I have not found goods damaged or missing parts from boxes that were placed on the shelf, unlike some other stores. Highly recommend them.

  Ordered new appliances, got them delivered and they did not deliver the power cord and water hose on the dishwasher. They also damaged a wall during delivery. Keep calling Lowes and say they will escalate, still nothing and I cannot use appliances I purchased. What a joke, should have went to Home Depot.

  Poor customer service and worst experience. Ordered some pavers / accessories for pick up, cashier in customer service gave me attitude and didn’t know what he was doing, also spoke with a senior floor manager, they were all clueless. Ended up returning 2 times (3 hours later), order was never packed. Total breakdown in communication between the employees. I had to pack my own order, loaded my cart and truck. Would never return to this location.

  This Lowe’s location is unfortunately not what it used to be. I have been a loyal Lowe’s customer for years and have purchased thousands of dollars in merchandise for both my home and business from the Coral Springs store, including commercial refrigerators, flooring, kitchen cabinets, bathroom materials, construction supplies, and much more. I also have a Lowe’s commercial account. My recent experience involving a generator, however, has made me reconsider doing business with Lowe’s. I originally saw the generator online, but I specifically went to the store to order it because I wanted to confirm that I could return it to the store if I experienced a problem. I was told that I could. I also purchased a three-year extended protection plan. After only a few uses, the generator developed an oil leak. I brought it back to the store and was initially told by Customer Service that it could not be returned. I escalated the issue with a supervisor and was then told that I had up to a year to bring it back. When I returned again, I was told they could not accept it because of the return policy. On another visit, a supervisor told me they would accept it if I completely emptied the gas tank. I went home and emptied it that same evening, only to return to the store and once again be told that they would not take it back. After all of this back and forth, I spoke by phone with the store manager, Judith Masters. I explained the entire situation and how frustrating it was to receive different information from different employees and supervisors. She asked me to email her the generator information, which I did, but I never received a response. I eventually returned to the store and spoke with her personally. Unfortunately, the matter was still not resolved. I open a claim through my commercial Lowe's account and still pending. What bothers me most is not simply that Lowe’s refused the return. It is that I received conflicting information multiple times. I made the purchase in the store specifically because I asked about the return policy BEFORE buying the generator. Later, I was told I had a year to return it. Then I was told they would accept it once the fuel was removed. I followed those instructions and was still refused. I paid approximately $1,100 for this generator, purchased an extended protection plan, and had been a long-standing commercial customer. At the very least, I expected management to seriously address the conflicting information I had been given and make a reasonable effort to resolve the situation. I was ultimately told that certain products, including generators, are subject to a very short return period, regardless you have a LBA account. Customers purchasing expensive equipment should be extremely careful and verify the specific return-policy exceptions in writing before making the purchase, even if an employee tells you that the item can be returned. Customer service throughout this experience was disappointing, and finding knowledgeable assistance in other departments, including lumber and specialized products, has also become increasingly difficult. After spending thousands of dollars with Lowe’s over the years and consistently choosing this store for my home and business purchases, this experience was enough for me to decide to close my commercial account and take my future business elsewhere. I hope Lowe’s improves both its communication of return policies and the consistency of the information provided by employees and management. A customer should not have to make repeated trips to the store because different employees and supervisors provide different answers.
