  The absolute worst customer service experience ever! I purchased an expensive dining room set from the Coral Gables showroom in July 2025 and the promised delivery window was Nov 2025-Jan 2026. I had to call repeatedly to find out where my furniture was and promised return phone calls didn’t materialize. It is now scheduled for delivery 3 months after the end of their window following their admission that several chairs were broken and had to be replaced. No one acknowledges the failed service nor allowed even a modest goodwill credit. Buyer beware and I suggest you add a delayed delivery penalty clause if you purchase from this store. Better yet, go elsewhere as I have had infinitely better service experiences from much lower end furniture stores like Rooms To Go or City Furniture. Roche Bobois has lost my business and should lose yours too.

  The beautiful curated collections at Roche Bobois are enhanced when you are guided by the experts at this CORAL GABLES showplace! Every detail of your furniture and accessories such as gorgeous rugs and seating, lighting and more come to life as they are placed on screen in your blueprint. As we repurposed many of our existing pieces into the footprint of our new condo, our ROCHE -BOBOIS designer YERO MARTINEZ wove new pieces in to completely update the look. He expertly helped us reimagine new seating arrangements that maximized not only the space but also the seating arrangements. We love R-B but the location at 450 Biltmore Way Coral Gables, FL is truly superb. Highly recommend.

  After eyeing the mahjong sofa for the last few months we finally decided to purchase it and the service was amazing. The young lady who helped us was very sweet and helpful throughout the entire process.
