  Customer service is terrible on this store. I went to buy 2 tanks of chlorine, once entering the store, there was an angry female employee, with long blond hair that refused to to listen anything I hat to say, was just telling very angry for me to read an extremely long text on one of the walls. I just wanted to refill 2 tanks of chlorine. Since I have 2 brand new clean tanks of chlorine, I want to use the same ones, but she didn’t let me say a word, she was very angry and impolite. But since I really needed the chlorine for today I had to get to old dirty horrible looking containers. This lady was talking personal thing with a different employee and being rude with me. Do not go on this store. Attendants is rude, impolite and do not let you speak. Go to Pinch a Penny instead, there they are very polite and nice! Time of the incident was 07/21/26 5:40pm.

  I wasn't able to use them due to being out of their zone, but my sister communities use them and have great experience. This review is based off that experience but also the fact that even though I am not someone who would be their client, they called me back away to let me know. Customer service lacks so much these days so that was extremely appreciated.

  Very bad service. When you ask for explanation, they becoming rude, and they don't want to answer on your question. Prices they change all the time

  We had Twin Lakes Pools as pool service company, but didn’t notice it also does pool renovations which was needed urgently. The whole process was a very enjoyable experience, from the beginning to end. All people involved did a great job and updated us about the progress all the time. We have several companies renovating various areas of our house. The Twin Lakes team is our favorite company. Professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. We have now a beautiful new pool and look forward using it.We can highly recommend using Twin Lakes for everything related to swimming pools. Thanks, Klaus & Rosemarie Raschke, Weston

  Hands down the best in the business. I can’t say enough good things about **Twin Lakes Pools and Spa**. If you’re looking to put in a pool or get major work done, just call Earl and save yourself the headache of dealing with anyone else. The craftsmanship is exceptional, especially the tile work. They retiled both the patio and the pool, as well as resurfaced the pool and installed all new equiment. Everything is perfectly leveled, clean, and looks absolutely stunning. A massive shout-out to **James**, who was incredible to work with. His work ethic, expertise and communication are all top-notch, and he really went above and beyond for us. Also, a special thanks to **Don** as the project manager. Having Don steering the ship made a world of difference. His communication was great, and he kept the entire project running smoothly and on schedule without any of the "typical South Florida contractor" drama. Their "say/do" ratio is 100%! Thank you to Earl, Kim, James, Don, Martin and the whole crew. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!
