Gigi gave us the run down of the access, showed us the loading bays and then took us all the way up to our unit and made sure we knew how to use the lock. She was wonderful!

Gigi and Raul (manager) are very friendly, accommodating, and customer-service oriented. Both Gigi and Raul are extremely competent and friendly, and they have been very helpful and a pleasure. A huge notch above our experiences with employees at competitors.
