  First time getting a storage unit and Jerrid was incredibly helpful. Explained the whole process and got us set up in a timely manner. Getting the unit and lock set up was a breeze, the unit is easily accessible, perfect for what we needed. Since I can't give 6 stars, here's that extra one ⭐

  Jennifer and Jerrid are Absolutely Amazing!!! Very Polite and Professional making sure that all my needs,were met. Very knowledgeable about the Industry.. The facility is kept very clean on the inside and outside ...Also very secure as well...What a great Asset they are to this company if your looking for storage facility for all your needs this is the place to go. Very compassionate they work well as a Team

  I had an amazing experience with Your Storage Units - Cocoa! The facility is extremely clean, secure, and well-maintained. Jerrid and Jen provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire process fast and efficient. They helped me get the perfect unit quickly and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. It’s rare to find employees who truly care about their customers the way they do. Highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a stress-free experience!
