  I do not recommend Pool Trooper in Cocoa, Florida. We have been using them to service the pool at our Airbnb property for about a year, and we had never experienced issues until recently. However, over the past two consecutive weeks, they serviced the pool and still left it in unacceptable condition. Even in their own service reports, they marked the pool as treated, yet it remained green and had visible algae both times. This directly impacted our business and caused approximately $1,200 in losses due to guest issues and cancellations. The following week, the same problem happened again, showing a clear lack of proper maintenance or follow-through. When we raised the issue, they attempted to blame it on the pool supposedly losing water. However, we brought in another licensed company to inspect it, and no leak or water loss issue was found. We had been satisfied customers for a year, which is why this sudden decline in service is so disappointing. I don’t know if there was a change in staff, supervision, or company policy, but something clearly changed and the quality has dropped significantly. Overall, the service is no longer reliable and did not meet basic pool maintenance standards. I would not trust them again for any residential or rental property, especially if you depend on consistent pool quality for guests.

  This company used to be good at servicing my parents school. But lately the service is terrible. The pool is green and not maintained. Don’t use this company.

  Had issues with our pool pump that two other companies could not resolve. Brock arrived and diagnosed the issue amd now it works perfectly (better than it has ever worked). Great price and quality service. They will soon be our permanent pool sevice!

  So, I want to give them a 5 star review. They are a great company. They treat their pool like it is their own, every week. And this is why I cannot go lower than 3 stars. My issue with them is they don’t inform us by email of issues. We had a filter that needed to be replaced and we heard nothing about that. We have a pump that was making concerning noises and heard nothing about that. We had had an issue with the skimmer and heard nothing about what the issue was. These things I only know because my wife was there and went out to talk to them. However, something like a filter doesn’t just happen to go bad. It was probably noticeable bad for at least a week and we heard nothing. I want them to be a great company; but I also want to be noticed of concerns as most of caught early on are cheaper to fix than if ignored. They are responsive to review and I thank them for that. I hope to be updating this review in a few months.
