In more recent years, some of the big box home improvement stores have dramatically reduced staffing, it can be a real challenge to find help anywhere in the stores (they are often like employee ghost towns), and the customer service desks can often be a useless mess.
Well not at the Apopka Lowe’s store! They may still have reduced staffing on the floors but people you run into are more than willing to help, and most genuinely want to make it a better experience.
Further, I recently had a number of complicated transactions I needed help with at the customer service/returns desk, and Asst. Mgr. Beth and customer service expert Carrie worked together to make it an amazing experience.
Each was friendly, helpful and bent over backwards to try and make a very complicated process after having moved into a new home that we were remodeling a much smoother process for us. Especially when we ran into problems having nothing to do with Lowe’s as far as our home projects.
It’s people like Beth and Carrie who will keep me coming back to this Lowes store again and again!

This Low’s Store is by far one of the best store I have ever been to. I have made this store my number one favorite. They all know me now because I come here so much more than the other stores this store have everything i need and very clean. The employees are always nice.
