    1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with Lowe’s Clermont Delivery Service Very disappointed with the delivery service from Lowe’s Clermont. First, my delivery was scheduled for one day, and on that same day, I was informed it would not be delivered. Because of this, I had to cancel personal commitments and reorganize my schedule. The following day, I was told the delivery would arrive between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. I waited for hours, but no delivery arrived. Then, when I checked the app, it showed that my order had already been delivered. A photo was uploaded as “proof,” but the image does not clearly show anything useful or recognizable. To make matters worse, I was told to resolve the issue myself. I have been trying to contact the store, but no one speaks Spanish, despite the phone system offering a Spanish option. Everyone who answers speaks only English, and my English is limited, which makes the situation even more stressful. I requested assistance and was told someone would help, but after more than six hours waiting, nobody has solved the problem, nobody called me back, and nobody seems concerned. Meanwhile, an order worth over $1,000 is marked as “delivered” even though I never received it. Very poor customer service and unacceptable delivery experience. I expected much better from Lowe’s Clermont.

    Absolutely by far the worst experience I have ever encountered they couldn't figure out whatever was going on with one customer ahead of me was taking forever was having multiple employees walking around doing nothing so I proceeded to go inside and go to self checkout count them three different registers at self-checkout none of them would accept my Visa debit card I finally have to go over to a regular register and get helped by an actual worker and wouldn't you know it my card worked there. Moral the story have more of your workers actually at a darn register instead of standing around talking doing nothing

    Employees helped me promptly and knew where the products were. I checked out with the old style register. I was helped by a very nice young lady McKayle, who i felt like enjoyed working there. Youre store is clean and the products are well organized. What more could i ask!
