I tried calling several times before getting an actual associate . When I finally got a real person she was rude and bothered it seemed with me for even be asking to have a pick up performed. No one came back to the phone so i just hung up.This was on 4/30. I called back the next day in hoped of resolution. I women named Tonya(lead casher) answered. I vented about my frustration and she was very apologetic for my experience. She then insured me that she could help me and spoke with a supervisor. When she returned to the phone she said that they would set my pick up date and then override it to have the product picked up before that date. She informed me she didn't know exactly when, but would personally call me before her shift ended to give me information on my pick up. We'll she did, Tonya called me before 3. She asked me several questions about the pick up and was able with help from her supervisor to get my pick up expedited. I want to commend Tonya for her above and beyond customer service. She made me feel like a priority today. Where yesterday I felt like just another person trying to make someone's day difficult. I truly appreciate this young lady. Made my whole week, and experience with Lowe's a memorable one instead of an end to a business relationship. KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING TONYA! YOUR AWESOME!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
