    After 5PM almost no department employees work there; I walked the aisles (5/5) like it was a empty library looking for an employee.. Next day I order online; online promises "SAME DAY" delivery if ordered by 2pm, I ordered at 1:20p, but anticipated an issue.. 4pm comes, no status update I call the toll free#, rep inadvertently puts me directly in touch w/the delivery company who does NOT have my order info.. tells me to call Lowe's back, I do. The next rep tells me "don't worry, it's waiting for pick up now, it'll be there today", I reluctantly say "OK, I'll keep an eye out".. 20 minutes later I get an email stating the delivery is delayed!!.. Shocking.. All sorts of scheduling was done based on their promise to deliver the same day.. I call back in to find out where the product was, and to have the hold it there so I can p/u myself.. I ask if they will offer any compensation.. NOTHING.. what a mess, I advised them I will no longer purchase from them.. Next time own your mistakes, and make it right. Further more I'm on hold for 10:47 seconds and counting while I type this to try to reach a human at the store.. No such luck. All of these big corps do such a disservice to their clients with all if this AI phone BS.. anything to keep costs down.. no wonder there were neither employees nor customers in the store when I went.. and anytime I have gone for that matter.. time to short LOWE'S stock... -Former Lowe's customer.

    have visited this location multiple times over the past 3+ weeks. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, with great energy. Today, however, I returned to exchange a paint sprayer that was sold to us in a sealed box about three weeks ago. We expected the item to match the packaging and to be a current product (2025–2026), not a defected 2022 model in a newer box. When we realized the item didn’t match the box description, we wanted to understand why. Customer service employee James was extremely helpful. He carefully checked the item, explained the policies, and worked to understand the situation. He then went to get manager approval to proceed. At that point, Michael (Assistant Manager) came to the counter. Unfortunately, he was defensive from the start and made us feel like we were trying to scam the store or return something that wasn’t purchased there. He stated he didn’t care what we said because “that was the policy,”with really bad energy . He then walked away, leaving James to handle the situation alone. Since we still needed the sprayer, we noticed another identical item locked up and asked if we could check it. We opened that sealed box, and once again, the item inside did not match the box description it was also an older, outdated sprayer (2023 model). This confirmed our concern. James agreed and went to get Michael again. I explained to Michael that I didn’t appreciate how we were being treated and that his tone made us feel like we were doing something dishonest. He said he didn’t have an attitude nor a tone and at one point even threatened not to authorized the return because I told him about his bad customer service skills .I understand policies exist, but the way he handled the situation lacked professionalism and basic customer service. Listening to customers should always be the first step, whether you ultimately agree or not. Businesses thrive and succeed because of loyal customers, and interactions like this matter. I strongly recommend additional customer service and leadership training for management staff BEFORE GIVING THEM A POSITION. If this is how customers are treated, it raises concerns about how team members may also be treated. I do want to recognize James again for his professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. He handled the situation very well.

    Michael P in Hardware and Tools completely changed my mind about Lowes. For the longest time I hated coming into Lowes. I would do anything to avoid it. But we bought new french doors and front door which required hardware and locking mechanisms... If I would have bought what the contractor recommended I would have hated the results of the hardware and locks. But Michael put together the most amazing hardware and locks. He also took the time to show me how to re-key the locks. He continued to go out of his way to make 4 sets of key for me to take home to my family. He recommended the warranty which I also bought. What a wonderful person and experience at Lowes! I only wish there was a way to clone him so that every time I come in there I have the same customer care!.... Thank you Michael P!!!
