Rashid was very helpful in assisting us with a covered storage area for our 33 foot 5th wheel RV. We originally had rented a space at the Extra Space Storage on Sunset Rd but our camper was to tall to fit in properly. Claudia from the Sunset Rd location directed us to Rashid and he walked the 62nd Ave storage site with us and selected a great spot for our needs. Excellent Customer Service.

Booking online made this a very easy decision, and as it does for most of us.. their location had a lot to do with it. I set everything up and arrived onsite to verify my ID and start the unload process.
I was met in the office by a very pleasant and supportive employee. Unfortunately I forgot his name because I was smoked from the unloading process, but he was very kind and thorough. He started by showing me my unit and even recommended a different unit due to the size of my products. I was focused on the size of the unit and declined. Then I had to unload all my stuff and found out the two largest pieces couldnt fit the turns and had to switch units... I wish I would have listened to him from the jump.
He made the switch easy and I got the work done. Easy access and easy navigation. The only odd thing is their office is inside the gate and the units are cages. I am used to meeting up with the office and then going through the gate, but that is not the case here. Also you will see everyones stuff and see how open the place is. Threw me off as I am used to steel walls between units, but this is a large set of basically dog kennels.
It works and will serve my purpose. Most importantly, climate controlled while we make the move.
**** Update*** I do not know how to respond to the owner on this, but they did nothing wrong... I should have listened better. The guy nailed it, asked me and then even confirmed I was ok with it... I chose not to listen. He knew his stuff!!!
