I had a great experience with Extra Space employee Francis, she went out of her way to make sure I was getting the storage space I needed. She walked me to the space and made sure I was satisfied with the space available. More customer service employees should be as attentive to the customer needs .

I am packing up items I can carry down 3 flights of stairs & I can take it myself to storage little by little. I have shelves & I am putting items on them. This will save me from paying so much once I can find an apartment I can afford.
I haven't had any problem there but this is first time that I am going late in the day.
I looked for the specials they had. I got a 7x10 at a great price. You have to do it on the app. Also pay 4 months in advance. That is OK with me as I have been looking for a 1 year & a 1/2 for one. So sad. Where I am they raised rent $200 last year & just raised it $100 then will do it again. They haven't done one thing for the tenants here. We all can't pay it. People are moving every week. But complex can buy a $30,000 golf cart. Then take new possible tenants to buildings that look so disgusting. Won't clean the buildings but fancy up the office. I had to rent this storage space so it will be easy to move once I find a place. And selling items I don't need or want.
I have met some really nice people there too. ☺️ Always clean too. You can find the special locks on marketplace that you have to use. Much cheaper. I just hope I am out of here before the end of the year.
I would recommend this one on Belcher Rd highly.
