They raised the rent after about the first month without even knowing. They towed my car when I wasn't able to get into the gate because it was past hours which cost me $800. I have been paying for a parking spot there for the last year at $77 per month. The Front Desk Mgr claimed he knew nothing about the towing. Costed tons of extra time and money when they could have easily emailed me to move the car into the gate in the paid spot.

The facility is very clean .
As a business owner I would fire the local manager today .
Yes , he showed me my unit location and helped with gate access but his customer service skills are terrible .
In retrospect I should have cancelled my rental agreement and moved on to the competitor .
