The entire place is neat, clean, well maintained, with perfect climate control in the areas that are supposed to be so – something that I really need. Becca gave me great and friendly service, always making sure to understand my situation and timing, and accommodating those with special advice and special arrangements. She also makes it easy for me to upgrade to bigger storage as I go along, showing me samples of what we talk about. Becca’s patience and dedication is golden. I also like the high security of the place, it feels safe to leave my tools and special projects here. All in all, Extra Space Storage and the staff, at this location in downtown Clearwater, solves several problems for me – beyond expectations which is always a good sign of long-term deals that leaves you wanting more.

THE GIRL THAT RUNS THE PLACE IS THE STUFF THAT DREAMS SRE MADE OF. HER NAME IS FRANCES VINSON..... SHE WAS SO ACCOMMODATING AND UNDERSTANDING THAT I ALMOST CRIED!!!! ( I might have but would never admit it). 🥲 SHE MUST HAVE BEEN TRAINED BY JESUS OR SOMETHING! I WILL BE A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER AND FUTURE PATRON BECAUSE OF HER! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY THAT IS IN NEED. HER PROFESSIONALISM AND UPBEAT ATTITUDE IS SECOND TO NONE. SHE TOOK A GOOD PLACE AND MADE IT GREAT!!! I literally went to the ATM to withdraw $10,00000000.00 to give her just to show my appreciation . Not even realizing that I was broke and that dammed machine could never give me that kind of cash. But I guess that's the point. She made me feel like I did! And you can't put a monetary value on that!!! A+++++!+!+ I will definitely be back.
