- MBMarvin B.6 days ago1.0I previously brought a washer machine about 2 years ago from Bay Area Appliances and it stop pumping water to the tub. I called Bay Area back since I've done previous business with them and the hospitality was not the same. I spoke to Johnny and the conversation was pretty shady. It was rushed, and he made me feel like I was a bother. So I did business elsewhere due to I felt like I was just another ordinary person wasting his time. I went down the street to BestSmart Appliances. The service was great from the call, to the store and I purchased my washer from them. Just comes to show how you can loose a customer on how you treat them.
