  My almost 30-year-old Maytag refrigerator has been on the fritz for a few weeks now. I have a very small space to put my refrigerator. The only place I could find one was best buy. I ordered it paid for it and set up an appointment. The window was 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. but they stated they would contact me with a 4-Hour window. I hadn't heard from them so I checked the status and they said I needed to make an appointment because the refrigerator was on backorder. They never notified me of the back order. I arranged my day around the delivery. They're now stating it's going to be a couple of days out which was not convenient for me. I stopped in Bay area appliances Jit was awesome. He had two in stock. Absolutely no pressure to buy. I went home to see if I could find another deal. I found one at a big box store and contacted Jit to see if he could match the price. He did give me a discount and did not charge me to haul away the old refrigerator. My new refrigerator was delivered by Johnny. Unfortunately the refrigerator did not work (probably a factory issue.) Johnny contacted me and let me know the only one they had in stock with stainless steel. At this point since I'm using my neighbor's refrigerator and freezer and a borrowed dorm refrigerator, I'll take what I can get. Johnny showed up 20 minutes later hooked up the new refrigerator which he had checked out before leaving the warehouse. It is now cooling like it should. I was not charged the difference between the white refrigerator and the stainless steel. Customer service was phenomenal. I was not just a number. They went over and above to correct the problem that was not their fault.

  I’ve purchased multiple washer/dryers here. Washer was exchanged in warranty because initial one failed. Got a v nice washer for “free” but that one has to be unplugged to reset and operate every other wash…so, ultimately problematic in the end game. First dryer I purchased here had issues and had to be repaired on an annual basis. 3 repairs 100+ each one. Wasn’t some amazing deal to begin with so I ended up spending more money in the long run. After the multiple repairs I came here again and purchased a very basic dryer with no bells and whistles. It’s been great. Worker there will tack of fees once you agree to purchase so your $300 appliances becomes $500. Watch out for that. His names “jit”.

  Best place in town to buy your appliances for the owners and workers are so pleasant and do their best to deliver on time. If you have any problems you can give them a call. Best customer service ever.

  We started using this company about 5–6 months ago, and everything was going well at first. Unfortunately, things changed when one of the appliances needed service. When we contacted them, they refused to come out and even check what was wrong. Instead, they told us to call the manufacturer ourselves. The problem is that they were the ones who delivered and installed the appliance in the first place — and it doesn’t even work. Very disappointing customer service. If you're considering using this company, I would recommend moving on to a more reputable company that actually stands behind the appliances they provide and takes care of their customers.
